A comprehensive plan of action

Our initial and ongoing charge from the Department of Public Welfare is to base change in the early care and education field on sound planning. As a means of gathering input from key stakeholders, we conducted survey research in Montgomery County. We collected data from parents, child care providers, and school districts.

Results of this work are presented in the Montgomery County Early Care and Education Needs and Assessment Plan.
