  • Every team is a little different, so pricing depends on your group size and setup. Most Greater Philadelphia Area headshot events start with a minimum of 15 participants. From there, we tailor the session fee based on time, setup, and location.

    Each person gets to pick their favorite image for professional retouching — simple and straightforward.

    If you’d like an exact estimate, let’s talk. We’ll walk through your goals, your space, and your timeline so you know exactly what to expect.

  • Absolutely. While we’re based in Newark, Delaware, we regularly travel throughout the Philadelphia metro area, Main Line, South Jersey and Northern Delaware for team sessions and corporate events.

    If your office is within a reasonable drive, we can bring the full studio experience right to you.

  • For a group of 15–25 people, we can usually photograph everyone in 2–3 hours, depending on how the schedule is structured.

    We’ll work with you ahead of time to design a flow that minimizes downtime and keeps everything on track.

  • Yes! We usually do it together. Right after each session, we review the images so participants can see what’s working and give quick feedback. If time allows, they’ll pick their favorite shot on the spot.

    If we’re moving fast or working with a bigger team, no problem — everyone still gets a proof gallery (usually the same day) to make their selection later. Final, retouched images are delivered in about a week.

  • We don’t just take photos — we connect with people. Every session is personal, not rushed. Each person gets direction, encouragement, and the space to feel confident in front of the camera.

  • Just a little space (about 10x15 feet works great), access to power, and Wifi. We’ll handle everything else: lights, backdrop, scheduling, and all the little details that make your headshot day feel completely effortless.

  • Yes! We can schedule quick “add-on” headshot sessions for new hires, at your office or in our studio. Some clients keep this as a standing option to stay consistent, but even if you’re just getting started, we make it easy to add team members as needed.

  • Definitely. Our mobile studio setup works beautifully in conference halls, hotel ballrooms, and event centers.
